e sareeraa meriaa is jag meh aai kai kiaa tudh karam kamaiaa ||
O my body, why have you come into this world? What actions have you committed?
ਹਉ ਵਾਰੀ ਮੁਖੁ ਫੇਰਿ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥
hau vaaree mukh fer piaare ||
I am a sacrifice to You – please, turn Your face to me, O Beloved Lord.
ਜਾਗੁ ਰੇ ਮਨ ਜਾਗਨਹਾਰੇ ॥
jaag re man jaaganahaare ||
Be wakeful, O my awakening mind!
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ
ਐਸੇ ਲਾਲਨੁ ਪਾਇਓ ਰੀ ਸਖੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
