ਕਰ ਕਾਸਾ ਦਰਸਨ ਕੀ ਭੂਖ ॥kar kaasaa dharasan kee bhookh ||My hands are my begging bowl; I am so hungry for the Blessed Vision of Your Darshan. ਮੈ ਦਰਿ ਮਾਗਉ ਨੀਤਾ ਨੀਤ ॥੧॥mai dhar maagau neetaa neet ||1||I beg at Your Door, day after day. ||1||

ਭਇਆ ਦਿਵਾਨਾ ਸਾਹ ਕਾ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਬਉਰਾਨਾ ॥

Crazy Nanak has gone insane, after his Lord, the King.

ਤੇਰਾ ਥਾਨੁ ਸੁਹਾਵਾ ਰੂਪੁ ਸੁਹਾਵਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਭਗਤ ਸੋਹਹਿ ਦਰਬਾਰੇ ॥
teraa thaan suhaavaa roop suhaavaa tere bhagat soheh dharabaare ||
Your place is so beautiful; Your form is so beautiful; Your devotees look so beautiful in Your Court.
Ang 566 – Tere Ba(n)ke Loin Dha(n)t Reesaalaa
ਤੇਰੇ ਬੰਕੇ ਲੋਇਣ ਦੰਤ ਰੀਸਾਲਾ ॥

ਨਦੀ ਤਰੰਦੜੀ ਮੈਡਾ ਖੋਜੁ ਨ ਖੁੰਭੈ ਮੰਝਿ ਮੁਹਬਤਿ ਤੇਰੀ ॥
nadhee tara(n)dhaRee maiddaa khoj na khu(n)bhai ma(n)jh muhabat teree ||
Crossing the stream, my foot does not get stuck – I am filled with love for You.
Ang 51 – Terai Bharosai Piaare Mai Laadd Laddaiaa
ਤੇਰੈ ਭਰੋਸੈ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮੈ ਲਾਡ ਲਡਾਇਆ ॥

Baba replied to the pilgrim hajis, that, without good deeds both will have to weep and wail.

He is dear to me; He fascinates my mind; He is the ornament of my heart, the support of the breath of life.
