| Notes | A lo-fi beat take on Simran and two beautiful Shabads. Titled, "Dark to Light", these three tracks resonate with those who may be going through difficult times, emotionally, physically or spiritually. The beginning Simran is envisioned as one being alone and in a dark place, followed by realisation of the Devine and His support, thus leading onto illumination, where one's mind is filled with joy and care free nature regardless of the situation. We hope you take laha from this vision and resonate deeply with the Gurbani presented in this manner. Fun fact - this was originally recorded back in September 2022, only to be finally released in August 2024. Reasons are as envisioned in this album. |
